Production technologies

MP activity is allocated to support the LOKO unit. It provides mainly production and refurbishment of spare parts for repairs and modernizations of rolling stock, with a focus on the specialized area of production.
 In addition, external production is expanding to foreign markets. 

The machine park was inovated by the NC machine tools and other equipment. Investment in technology has produced a highly specialized technological activities, which include the surfacing of crankshafts, renovation of heads combustion engines.


Machinery is constantly replenished by technological devices such as metal processing machines and plasma cutting machines for cutting sheet metal.
 

As it was mentioned, MP division includes production of machines, spare parts, refurbishments but one of the most important is production and machining of welded constructions, moreover in the 2013 the process of aluminum- welding is beginning. Other key- machineries provide machinig of large details, sets and other important processes. 

There is implemented ISO Standard for welding- processes, which provides high quality of production.
