SPECIAL SERVICE VEHICLES
Assembly wagon of traction lines typed MVTV-02.1 is the result of modernization of the original assembly wagon MVTV-02 in the range of substantive changes. The original traction chain - internal combustion engine ŠKODA ML 634 (154.5 kW) - traction gear PRAGA 2M70 - NKR axle gear 16 is replaced by new internal engine-powered traction TEDOM TRAIN TD RH TA 265 (265 kW) EURO Stage IIIB - traction gear Voith DIWA D 884.5 gearbox and axle Gmeinder GGM 180/292A. The original electrical equipment with on-board 48V DC network is replaced by new gear on-board network with 24V DC. The original wiring is replaced with new wiring, halogen-free, non-flammable respectively.
Substituting the new cabinet is equipped with new appliances. The original control panels for operator stations are replaced by new control panel. Original pantograph is replaced by new system of measuring parameters of traction lines. The new measuring pantograph AX NG 043 ELCOM is added for measuring the height and direction of the contact wire. Parameters of heights are displayed via digital technology on the screen of the computer, which is located at the operator´s cabin. Memory of computer saves current data about location of the vehicle, height of the pantograph and about the speed of the vehicle. Gatherer of the vehicle is also equipped with LED strip which enables visual control of the conduction. Gatherer is located on the roof in the same place as in original vehicle. Computer with display unit and controls is situated on rotating console in the cabin. Other electronical elements are situated in main switchboard. The vehicle is also equipped with radiostation VS67 TC-Z with control panels. The set VS 67 is located at the social part of the vehicle above storage lockers. Control panels VO67 are installed at operator´s station and RDS antennas are placed on the holders above rear operator´s station.
